I did a couple of Sarah’s TST programs earlier in the year with amazing results. I’ve also attended many of her HIIT classes, and currently participate in her Strong Class as well. My experiences with Sarah have always been wonderful. She is an exceptional trainer, very friendly and knowledgeable, always offering support and encouragement while keeping you accountable and on track with your own personal goals, nutritionally and in the gym. Team Oakley Fitness gets a 10/10 rating from me.

I initially did the free consult with Sarah. I was completely intimidated by the idea of going to the gym. I started with Sarah as my personal trainer in January 2019, and continued with her until the end of May 2019. I have also tried her HIIT class and on occasion joined her strong class. I am amazed at how much I learned in my time with Sarah. It’s given me a whole new confidence level. I can’t thank her enough, and would recommend her to anyone wanting an amazing fitness experience.
Sarah is amazing. I finally had decided that I needed help to find my health again after being laid up for awhile from a car accident. Sarah was so patient, kind and helpful in teaching me how to improve myself inside and outside of the gym. Even with some of my medical limitations she was adaptive to guide me through different options for overall fitness and health and is always available for questions and encouragement. I am so grateful that I met her and have been able to continue to work with her.
Just want to say thank you for all your help and support this year. I started at a 42 jean size to now took the jeans off the wall 36 now fit and still going. Now I have to go buy new jeans to reach the next goal.
