Shrimp Tacos!

These Shrimp Tacos are just one of many recipes that we will be including in our meal plans! These are a favorite with everyone in my household, adults and kids. Sweet Honey Slaw with a few Large Garlic Shrimp topped with Smokey Paprika Mayo creates a flavor trifecta. All of this deliciousness packed into 178 calories fer taco! Surprisingly filling after 3 tacos makes it easy to not break that calorie budget. Honey Slaw

I Bag 3Colour Coleslaw

¼ Cup Mayonnaise

½ TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

2 TBSP Stone Ground Mustard

2 TBSP Honey

Mix thoroughly

Smoky Mayo

¼ Cup Mayonnaise

1 TBSP Smoked Paprika

1 TSP Liquid Smoke

Mix thoroughly

Garlic Shrimp

1 Bag Large Shrimp 30-40

2 TBSP Minced Garlic

2 TBSP Butter

Melt butter with garlic in a pan on medium heat. Add shrimp (shells removed) and sauté until pink. Add sea salt (or other course salts) to taste.


Using a small flour tortilla (I like to use the Manny’s brand, they are 80cal, and what this recipe’s break down uses) add a few table spoons of Honey Slaw, then add a few (4-5) Garlic Shrimp, and top with the Smoky Mayo. Buen provecho!
